ORCA’S crabmeat maintains the natural and fresh characteristics of recently prepared meat. The meat is classified and hermetically sealed in pasteurized packages, in order to guarantee the product’s long life, without any artificial preservatives to maintain its texture and natural flavor.
Our meat comes from animals caught only during open seasons to encourage species preservation in Mexican coasts; they are steamed every day, and processes are 100% handmade and artisanal.
It contains antioxidants and Omega 3 fatty acids, and they are low in saturated and trans fats.
